"Growing up I wanted to be a guitarist, professional football player (Cleveland Brown) and a pilot! As a little boy hours countless hours were spent in imaginary concerts, football stadiums and cockpits. However, in the end, it was music that won the day. I played my first 'concert' in the 5th grade. Now at my age I am pretty sure no NFL contract is in the future but I may yet manage a pilots license! My days are filled in the pursuit of God, loving my wife and children, sharing the love of Jesus and playing a tune for any willing ear."

“As a live performer, it is impossible to ignore him. You not only hear what he is singing and playing, you witness the words as they come to life in John’s expression. And in an era of manufactured musical heroes, John is anything but. He is true, honest, and gifted.” -James Casto Friend of John Singer/Songwriter, Atlanta, GA
